As an innovation lab working at the heart of healthcare, The Helix Centre needed support defining and communicating a unique brand story and offer. Their goal was to have better and more meaningful conversations with potential partners and investors, as well as with prospective talent across design, tech and medicine.

We worked with them to better understand their needs and capabilities, and develop a purpose-led communications strategy. We designed and facilitated two major workshops with the entire team, and partnered closely with core team members day-to-day via Slack and in person. It was brilliant to see The Helix Centre quickly pick up and run with the work - launching a new website and brochure within weeks of sign-off.
